How to produce a Highlight report:
After creating a Collection with summarized pieces of content, you're ready to create a Highlight report! Highlights give you the ability to filter relevant information within a Collection, using keywords to extract the information needed.
Step 1: Add your content to a Collection.
If you haven't downloaded the Charli Chrome extension, here are the steps to add the extension to your Chrome bar. This is also a good time to add any docs, pdfs, or internal documents that may be helpful for this project.
Step 2: Click Details, scroll down and enter keywords.
Highlights can be copied to your clipboard and ready to paste anywhere. Please note, it may take a few minutes for the report to generate. To re-generate a highlight report, add keywords, and click Get New Highlights.
Step 3: Populate this information into a report, sent straight to your inbox.
Turn Highlights into an actual report sent to your inbox. To use this feature, make sure your Docmosis integration is connected. This can be done from the Integrations tab in the bottom left corner.
1. After Highlights have been generated, click the Report button.
2. Enter emails separated by commas and Charli will deliver the report to your inbox.
