Interact with all of your content in one place, the new homepage allows you to view your latest content, links and activities. Quickly access our tips, blog posts and new features.
Hover over your profile to view Charli’s learning percentage. The more content you get Charli to organize and share, the better Charli will learn about your organization preferences.
You can now drag to move and close the Charli conversational view while activities are being completed. Quickly open recent activities or clarification by clicking on them.

Bookmark links shortcut
In the Charli app, copy and paste a link you want Charli to save using the new bookmark shortcut on the homepage. Add any #tags and notes you want Charli to group the links with to quickly find it later.
"One Canvas to Rule Them All" aka Charli Content Canvas WITH Links
No more copy and pasting links into an email from your favourite cooking blog, real estate listings or project idea sites. Do it all in one place and share a beautiful content canvas instead. By sending links to Charli, you’ll be able to view all content that Charli has organized for you including documents, expenses and links in the canvas view.
Share & Customize a Message from Charli’s Content Canvas
Instantly share your grouped content by selecting and typing one or more email addresses to clients, vendors, family or friends. You can even send a personalized message by adding the “>message” power command.
Powerful Next Gen Command Line
The powerful command line is simple enough for new users and gives power users infinite flexibility. Click the “Command” shortcut and quickly get Charli to share your content, create an expense spreadsheet and more using power commands or natural conversation.
Asking Charli for Help
In the command line, type the power command “/help” or ask, “What can you do?” to view a list of activities Charli is trained to do.
Charli’s Power Commands
Click on the command shortcut, type a / forward slash in the input field and the power command you want Charli to perform. The > angled bracket can be used to provide Charli specific instructions for some power commands. For example, /find #marketing >keywords launch
View a full list of power commands here. This release has limited power command support but the list will grow very fast over the next few weeks.
Advanced Expense Management
Upload receipts to Charli for processing and viewing expenses by date and by grouped tags. Charli will extract information to generate an overview and merchant information. For example you can say “show my expenses for January 2021” or “show my expenses for #rmt”.
Get Charli to create an expense spreadsheet
Use the power command /spreadsheet or ask Charli to create a spreadsheet in the command line and easily view all grouped expenses like #contractors #2020expenses or #rmt. The report is a tracked link that you can share, add tags and notes.
Organize your existing Google Drive
Organize existing files in your Google Drive. Click the “organize” shortcut to select existing files or folders and organize via Charli with #tags and notes. Note: You may need to authorize Charli to access your existing Drive.
Delete Tags and Notes
You can now delete tags and notes from content that Charli has organized.
