Tame your inbox by managing content with Charli.
Simply forward emails from your inbox that contain attachments or important information to Charli like you would send it to an assistant.
1. Click forward, add Charli's email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Add hashtags to give Charli additional context about your documents or information
3. Hit send and fire it off to Charli to handle
4. Forget about it and move on as Charli works it's magic
Charli organizes your content and sends you back links
Charli will organize the content and either return with a question when needed like "What's the client name?" or will simply send back a link to the file organized in Google Drive (as you can see below).
Just answer Charli's questions the first time and the next time you send a similar document, Charli will simply return a link to your file.
Easily share your content directly from your inbox
When Charli returns with links you can easily then forward the content on to whoever needs to see it, whether that is an internal team member, spouse, accountant, etc.
