If you aren't already a Charli user, go to app.charli.ai/register to get started. Use your Google account to sign in and follow the steps you see in-app to get your first file organized. - I lost my password, how do I retrieve it?
Since we use Google and Apple to sign you in, you'll need to follow the password retrieval steps Google and Apple provide. If you signed up with email, simply click forgot password and we'll be in touch. - How can I submit a bug or issue?
Please submit them using our submit a request form. - How much does Charli cost?
Charli is free for the next few months before we launch professional plans for teams that will include more advanced features and team-specific features. We'll always have a freemium version with some restrictions, but for now you get everything for free! - How do I provide feedback?
Use the product roadmap to provide new feature requests or ideas. You can view our public roadmap, upvote, downvote, and comment on new planned features. - Where can I find how-to videos?

For the duration of the Beta phase, we don't have any automated way to unsubscribe users. However you can send us a request as feedback@charli.ai and we will assign a ticket to delete your information. Only data that are not personally identifiable and that is aggregated in large groups of users are retained in Charli, including usage, processing and accuracy data. As the Charli Beta phase ends we will have an automated way to unsubscribe and delete all personal data. Note that all of your documents submitted to Charli are stored in your Google Drive and therefore will continue to be available to you after unsubscribing. - How do I unauthorize Charliās access to my G Suite account?
You can unauthorize Charli in your G Suite account settings. Please contact Google support for more information if needed. - What is your privacy policy?
