Once Charli has completed creating a Valuation Project, users can then generate a Valuation Spreadsheet within the Valuation Project. The spreadsheet will be populated with the extracted information included in the Project.
Valuation Spreadsheet Generation:
- Navigate to the Valuation Project
- Click New Draft Report in the top right corner of the Project
- Select CAN Colliers Valuation Spreadsheet in the Report Template dropdown
- Enter the email address you would like the report to be emailed to
- Click Publish Report
Once the Valuation Spreadsheet has been generated, users will be able to download the report in the top right corner of the Valuation Project. Users can also find the report in their email inbox or in their Dropbox account.
