Predicted Task Confirmation Prompt
Confirm whether you want to proceed with subsequent steps in a workflow that was determined by the Charli AI Task Prediction Model before they are executed. The confirmation ensures that you have reviewed the previous step’s results and are satisfied before proceeding to the next step. Confirmations are selectively applied to tasks that may have consequences, such as fees, and the confirmation avoids unwanted or erroneous steps that can’t be undone.
With Advanced Fact Checking, Charli will be able to identify and highlight inconsistencies or inaccuracies in information. This is a critical feature to address hallucination issues that come up with large language models.
Publish extracted information from your documents directly into a spreadsheet
The Charli AI library of content templates is starting to expand and you can now output research and extracted information into spreadsheets. The spreadsheet will be automatically tracked in your project and stored to your preferred cloud storage
Research Usability Enhancements

As seen in our recent press announcement, this release is powered by Charli AI’s Ancaeus platform, a state-of-the-art AI platform designed for cross-functional use within the enterprise.

- Charli AI Research discovers and analyzes large volumes of business data and content, and turns the insights into elegant reports and spreadsheets. Tasks that used to take many weeks can now be done in hours. Reports, spreadsheets and even presentations can be customized with your own branding and layout, Charli AI fills it out as a human would.
Charli AI research allows users to rapidly take thousands of pages, articles, documents or spreadsheet entries to deliver on requested tasks. This provides much more depth in research and data processing, and far more speed in completing complex data entry, data ingestion, reporting and automation.
Support for customer use cases, including: Market research and briefing reports; due diligence, review and assessment; financial and tax analysis and evaluation; digest and assessment of corporate filings; acceleration of audits; validation of compliance and risk; review of mergers and acquisitions; and even improvement of contract review and writing.

Charli now has the ability to integrate with multiple cloud storage softwares including our new Microsoft OneDrive integration.
AI Research now provides the ability to delete highlights that are not relevant to your Project. This allows users to train Charli for future use.
Along with the ability to remove Highlights, users are now able to reference search criteria in a Projects detail view. Users will also be able to utilize an #introduction tag to include a resources Summary in the introduction of the published Report.
In addition to the new features, Charli now allows users to exclude certain types of content from Research by adding the - sign in front of a keyword.
Charli now integrates with Webex to apply artificial intelligence to meetings. Charli summarizes the meetings, and provides next steps or any action items in an easily digestible report. In addition to AI Meetings, Charli can also now turn extracted highlights into a generated report sent to your inbox within 5 minutes.
Charli summarizes online articles, websites, and other public data at the click of a button. The resources aren’t only summarized, they’re analyzed, and Charli understands and extracts key information. Charli uses the relevant keywords extracted from content and automatically applies these blue tags to the content following an upload. We’ve added the ability to sign up for Charli using non-Gmail accounts.
Highlights take Collections even further by extracting relevant information from topics provided by the user. Users also have the option to choose between short or long highlights. A WYSIWYG text editor has been applied to Notes.
Users can access the Home page, Canvases, Shares, Activities, and Notification pages from the Sidebar. Users now can Auto-submit their answers to Charli by clicking Yes or No buttons.
Stay Organized provides a path to add Google Drive files from Charli. Email and in-app notification preferences can be adjusted. Users select their non-Charli documents from the Stay Organized tab in the Sidebar. Content can now be grouped together in a Collection, the newest tab in the Sidebar.
Increased file size capability supports the ability to upload individual files up to 30MB. Hide content from the Content Canvas with the Archive feature, and retrieve archived content in the Archive folder.
Avoid permanently deleting content with two new commands; /show-archive and /restore. Multiple recipients can now be added to a /share shortcut and now include custom subject lines. Find content directly from the Chrome extension in the new tab, or directly from the Chrome address bar. Reminders are performed using /remind while inputting time, date, and title. This action creates a Google Calendar reminder directly from Charli. Content can be added quickly by clicking the Add Content to my Charli button. Sender names now appear when sharing content.
The power command line gives users the ability to invoke an action using a simple line of text. For example, share content, create an expense spreadsheet with a tracking link or share a personalized message. Type /help or ask, What can you do? To view a list of tasks that Charli is trained to perform. When Charli is working on a task, chat dots indicate work done in progress. Charli scans content and responds following a completed task or if clarification is required.
A chat window provides the ability to respond to questions after an upload or find. Upon uploading, add more files and instantly preview documents to see tags, file location, and details. Charli provides a learning percentage in the user profile. The more content is organized and shared, the better Charli will learn preferences.
The content canvas's recent activity page groups recent documents, links, and expenses in one place. Public links are easily added using the Charli Chrome extension while tagging and saving to Charli without leaving a website. Upload receipts for processing and view expenses filtered by date and tags. Charli extracts information to generate an overview and merchant details.
Charli’s beta version began by supporting two actions: Find & Upload. Charli also identifies keywords within a document. Charli expanded these actions with an intelligent folder path to store content that is captured in Google Drive, while also suggesting the folder name. Content can be shared externally and is received via email. Tags can be manually applied to content and are also used to search in the Find Bar.
