What is a Tag?
Tags are keywords that Charli assigns to resources by analyzing and identifying patterns within the piece of content. A tag allows you to filter your content, provide inspiration for further queries, and easily understand the content that has been uploaded.
Tags are also used to help Charli determine where content should be stored in the cloud storage that you have integrated with Charli AI.
Tags are differentiated by three different colors:
- Blue: Blue tags represent the content and keywords that Charli has identified
- Purple: Purple tags represent the type of content that Chari has pulled
- Grey: Grey tags represent tags that have been manually added by a user
How Are Tags Created?
Along with Charli-generated tags, users are also able to manually add tags to Projects which provides Charli with additional information for topic analysis and adding additional research to reports. Tags can be added to a Project or can be added directly to a resource included in a project.
Adding a Tag to a piece of Content:
- Click on the Resource you would like to add a Tag to
- In the side, panel click Add Tag
- Enter your tag
Adding a tag to your Research:
- Click on the Project
- Click the Add Tag button in the Tag section of the Project
- Enter your Tag
User-provided tags also provide Charli with instructions in regards to automation as well as help Charli to determine where information appears in a published report.
Why are Tags Important?
Tags provide you with help in identifying further areas of research in your project, and assistance with identifying new Topics to deepen the level of research you are conducting.
